Neil Thorogood
Neil is a former Chartered Accountant with over 45 years of experience. He began his career at Deloittes in Birmingham, later holding senior finance roles in industry and commerce before becoming a business consultant in his early 40s. He founded The Care First Group, providing educational services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, while advising companies across sectors. After selling the group in 2022, he launched Thorogood & Associates (UK), specialising in succession and exit planning and financial director services.
Jonathan Ratcliff
Jonathan Ratcliff founded JMR Sales & Consultancy Ltd. after leaving Carlsberg 20 years ago. With extensive experience as Sales Director, and in Purchasing and Marketing, he has developed a broad skill set to address clients’ commercial challenges.
His focus is on improving the performance of people and processes so that costs are covered by additional profits, with benefits lasting long after his involvement. Having worked across industries including Food & Drink, Automotive, Construction, Financial Services, Wholesale, Retail, and Manufacturing, Jonathan applies universal commercial principles that deliver results across sectors and markets.
Stephen Cloves
Stephen is an experienced HR Leader, who has worked across nearly every sector in the UK as well as in positions around the world. He brings an insightful and solution based approach to all issues engaging with people at all levels within an organisation, but especially as a strategically focused Board member, with experience beyond just HR.
